Cancellation and Refunds
You are entitled to cancel your service request within 7 days of confirming the initial payment without providing a reason. However, once the project has started, refunds will be subject to the following conditions.

Cancellation Deadline
The deadline for canceling a service is 7 days from the date the initial 50% payment is confirmed. After this period, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can contact us by email at hello@duckxel.com.

Refunds
If you cancel within the 7-day period, we will refund the initial 50% payment within 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial payment, and no additional fees will be charged for this refund.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds only apply if the cancellation is requested within 7 days of the initial payment and before the project has started.

  • Once the project has started, no refunds will be issued, as resources and time will have already been allocated for the execution of the service.

  • If the project is canceled by our company due to exceptional circumstances, the initial payment will be refunded in full.

Exceptions
No refunds will be granted in the following cases:

  • If the service has already started and resources have been allocated for its execution.

  • If the client has requested changes or adjustments that require additional work outside the original scope of the project.

  • If the cancellation is requested after the 7-day period.
